Longevity in Mallorca: the market in 2026
Longevity in Mallorca is much more than sunshine, the Mediterranean diet and cycling in the Tramuntana. Around Palma a dedicated longevity infrastructure has grown in recent years: in Illetes Bluezone runs a recovery centre with an electric cryo chamber, HBOT chamber, light therapy, Flow system and 3D body scanner; in western Palma the IUNE Medical Center brings cold chamber, HBOT, IHHT, ozone, infusions and hormone optimisation together under medical leadership; the Qvantum Longevity Center opened in the city centre in 2026, Age Reversal offers assessments with over 1,000 data points on the Paseo Marítimo, and the clinics Mara Aesthetics, Instituto Rubí, Global Clinics and Medisans operate their own hyperbaric chambers. Add the German medical centres in Peguera and Palmanova with longevity programmes, ice-bath and recovery studios in the old town and Son Armadams, German-speaking practices for bioidentical hormones and mobile IV services that deliver right to the yacht.
Our comparison covers 25 providers in Mallorca against one uniform set of criteria: which technologies are offered, are prices public, what are the opening hours, which languages are spoken, is online booking available – and per treatment the equipment details, such as chamber type and temperature for cryotherapy or pressure and oxygen for HBOT.
Longevity Days Mallorca: the longevity event in October 2026
In October 2026 Palma hosts the first Longevity Days: keynotes and masterclasses by founders, researchers and technologists, a workshop day with longevity activities across the island and a networking dinner. Officially the event is called Longevity Days Palma; on the island people say Longevity Days Mallorca. Dates, programme, tickets and everything that can be combined with the event in Mallorca – from cryo chamber and HBOT to the October retreats – are collected on a dedicated page that we keep up to date.

What do longevity treatments cost in Mallorca?
The range runs from €20 to €35,000. A cryo-chamber session costs from €39 (first session) or around €35 in a 10-pack, a guided ice bath €20 to €40, HBOT between €90 (shared session) and €159, mobile infusions from €289 and NAD+ from €350, an internal-medicine check-up from around €400 and the island’s most comprehensive longevity assessment €10,000 to €35,000. Only 6 of the 25 providers publish their prices in full – we show list prices with source and date and write “n/a” where none exists. The Spanish Seguridad Social does not cover longevity treatments; German insurers do not reimburse wellness infusions or wellness HBOT either.
Who the comparison is for
For residents and winter guests who want to build a longevity protocol with check-up, cryo chamber, HBOT or infusions close to home – from Palma via the south-west (Illetes, Palmanova, Peguera) to Manacor. For road cyclists and triathletes who want to recover faster after spring stages in the Tramuntana. For holidaymakers ordering a hydration or recovery drip to the hotel. And for medical tourists looking for HBOT to support wound healing after a procedure. Start with the technology that interests you, combine several treatments in the comparison filter and filter by price transparency, opening hours and language.
