Longevity retreats on Mallorca 2026: programmes, dates, prices
Published 21 January 2026 · Editorial team Longevity Mallorca
From the longevity retreat with Dr Gunda Slomka and the thermal fasting week in Campos to the finca break near Inca: which longevity retreats take place on Mallorca in 2026, what they cost and who they suit.
Within a few years Mallorca has become a retreat destination: a mild climate from February to November, fincas at a distance from everyday life, two hours by plane from Switzerland and Germany. Several retreats explicitly devoted to longevity have been announced for 2026 – from the scientifically grounded training week to the fasting cure with thermal water. An overview, sorted by what you can expect.
Longevity Retreat Mallorca with Dr Gunda Slomka (24–31 October 2026)
The biologist and sports scientist Dr Gunda Slomka leads a week at the Playa Esperanza Resort on the bay of Alcúdia, organised by the Swiss operator Sportpark Events. The programme has three levels: “Science Brain” with accessible talks on cell biology, muscle and fascia physiology, heart health and recovery; “Science Moves” with yoga, fascia and performance training, HIIT and longevity exercises; plus four guided hikes, a market visit in Sineu, beach and sauna. It is aimed at trainers, therapists, medical professionals and anyone who wants to maintain their physical capacity. Seven nights with half board, transfers and all sessions cost CHF 1.990 in a double room and CHF 2.490 in a single room; the group is limited to 30 people.
Fontsanta: longevity with thermal water (Campos)
The Fontsanta in Campos is the island’s only thermal hotel – adults only, five minutes from the Es Trenc beach. Alongside yoga, detox and sleep retreats there is a five-day longevity programme (“Clinical Cellular Reset”) from 2.680 € per person with thermal circuits, private yoga sessions, lymphatic drainage and regenerative treatments. A “Longevity Social Week” with supervised fasting has also been announced for the autumn (28 October to 1 November 2026, from 3.840 €), including a 21-day preparation phase with a blood panel.
Holistic Healing & Longevity Retreat near Inca (1–5 April 2026)
Smaller, more personal, cheaper: Lilla and Peter from Our Yoga Mind take a maximum of six people into a traditional finca near Inca with a view of the Tramuntana. Five days with morning yoga, meditation, pranayama, workshops on the vagus nerve, gut health and cold water, singing bowls and a cooking class; plant-based food, no alcohol, no coffee, little screen time. Booking is through BookRetreats and prices start at around 1.400 US dollars depending on the room.
Es Racó d’Artà: programmes instead of fixed dates
Anyone who does not need a fixed date will find year-round wellbeing programmes at Es Racó d’Artà in the north-east: “Wellbeing Booster” from four nights with spa treatments and daily yoga and meditation, the comprehensive variant from seven nights, plus a two-day anti-stress programme and a programme for the musculoskeletal system. The house offers advice on integrative medicine and nutrition, yoga in four styles, sound therapy and art workshops. The estate covers 220 hectares with vineyards and olive groves, 31 rooms, adults only from the age of 14. Wellbeing Escapes lists stays with a programme from around 300 pounds per person per night in the low season.
What to look for when choosing
- Measuring instead of feeling: Good programmes record something before and after – body composition, blood values, sleep. Without measurement the effect remains a matter of feeling.
- Qualified supervision: With fasting and intensive training weeks, a medical or sports science professional should carry the responsibility.
- Group size: Six people mean attention, thirty mean a programme. Both have their value, but not the same price.
- Afterwards: The effect of a week fades away without follow-up. Anyone who lives on the island or comes more often can fall back on local options between retreats – from cryotherapy to centres with body composition analysis and infusions in the provider comparison.
